All the staff was really kind and very good, solved my issues. The hotel's location was good and unbeatable, really close to the railway station with small supermarkets and a supermarket within walking distance. Moreover had so much fun by the lake, set 200 metres of the venue.

Its location was ideal, near the restaurant downstairs. The staff where all fairly friendly and pleasant;))
Thought that there would be lift, but we were wrong.

The hotel was conveniently located near the railway station, which made it easy to get around the city. the breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of options to choose from. I appreciated the friendly service provided by the staff.
The hotel's facilities were in need of some updating. the shower was poorly covered with a thin curtain and could not protect the bathroom from getting flooded.

The breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was located close to public transportation and a grocery store, making it easy to get around and purchase any needed items. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, making for a good night's sleep.
The room only had two available electrical outlets, which was a bit inconvenient for charging multiple devices. the toilet occasionally had a leak, which was a minor annoyance during the night.

We stayed at a big, old hotel very close to the main train station. It had a certain low-key charm and our room, located on the top floor, was spacious and warm enough. the young woman who checked us in and out was fluent in English. the breakfast service was good and the manager was very friendly. the hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was just a block away from the railway station and the tram to the festival we were attending. the staff was kind and helpful, and we even enjoyed lunch at their restaurant twice because the food was delicious. it was an inexpensive and decent choice for our stay in Ostrava. Cons: No issues 😊.
